I noticed my Pentair Valve was leaking on Saturday morning. I called and left a message as the business was closed. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call - I was blown away! I figured I would not hear from anyone until Monday. I sent photos of the issue and was given 2 options for replacement. I was told that the parts were in-stock and the repair team would arrive at 11 on Monday. Once again they surprised me by arriving at 9 - which was much better for me. In a little more than 1 hour, my valve was replaced, the system was checked for leaks, and all the old parts were gone and the area looked like new! What to me is really impressive is that I had reached out to another company on Saturday as well. I still have not had a response from them. I'm so glad I chose CC Swimming Pools and Spas. I will use them for all future repairs.
