Terms & Conditions

CC Pools agrees to perform pool and spa services including but not limited to weekly pool maintenance, equipment repair and installation, leak detection, green-to-clean treatments, hot tub repair, and pool renovation as mutually agreed upon and described in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Services will be performed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

This agreement takes effect upon CLIENT's signature or digital acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. The schedule for recurring services is defined in the applicable service agreement.

CLIENT agrees to pay CC Pools at the rate described in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. CC Pools reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. CLIENT shall have the right to recover from CC Pools any documented overbilling.

Due to the nature of pool and spa services, fees paid for services already performed are non-refundable. If CLIENT believes a refund is warranted, CLIENT may submit a written request by email to letsswim@corpuschristiswimmingpools.com detailing the amount requested and the grounds for the request. CC Pools will respond within 5 business days to schedule a review.

Either party may terminate recurring services upon 15 days written notice. Upon termination, CLIENT is responsible for payment of all services performed up to the effective termination date.

CC Pools operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of CLIENT. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

CC Pools agrees to keep CLIENT's personal and property information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or necessary to perform the Services.

CC Pools shall indemnify and hold harmless CLIENT from liability arising from CC Pools' negligence or willful misconduct in performing services. CLIENT shall indemnify and hold harmless CC Pools from liability arising from CLIENT's negligence, misuse of pool equipment, or failure to disclose known hazards on the property.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith written notice first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in Nueces County, Texas. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Both parties agree not to make disparaging remarks about the other to third parties. This does not prevent either party from providing truthful information in response to a legal process or to retained professional advisors.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any proceedings shall be tried in Nueces County, Texas.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between CC Pools and CLIENT and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements.

No sharing: We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.

CC Pools collects personal information (name, email, phone number, service address) solely for the purpose of providing pool and spa services, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at letsswim@corpuschristiswimmingpools.com.
